Marina’s teams describe her leadership as wise, strategic and transformational.
With almost 20 years of experience in Organisational Development leadership, spiritual formation, and athletics coaching, Marina is an organisational psychologist who uses uses a people-first approach to build holistic talent solutions.
Following a decade in athletics coaching and leadership formation, Marina has spent the last decade leading Organisational Development, Human Resources and Strategic Planning for fast-growing organizations, both as a consulting partner and in-house senior leader. Marina most recently completed her second Masters degree at London School of Economics in Organisational and Social Psychology. As a part of her studies, she conducted award-winning research in organisational psychology and behavioral science, specifically focused on the role of embodiment in female leadership and organisational change transformation processes.
Marina is a certified Pilates instructor, paddle-boarder, and avid learner. She is committed to working towards intersectional justice and gender equity, and spends her time between the U.K. and California.

With a fervent dedication to cultivating thriving workplaces, Elisa has spent the past five years actively driving positive change and addressing systemic challenges in professional settings. Possessing extensive experience in project management and client collaboration, Elisa has successfully overseen diverse initiatives. Elisa’s expertise extends to planning, coordinating, and delivering impactful Learning and Development programs aimed at catalyzing behavioral change. She derives immense satisfaction from crafting learning experiences that transcend traditional knowledge transfer, serving as transformative blueprints for lasting change. In tandem with her hands-on experience, Elisa pursued a Master's Degree in Organisational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics, refining her ability to design initiatives that positively reshape workplace dynamics. Elisa is from Mexico City, Mexico, and is based in London, UK with her fiance and their dog. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Luiza Masson Pelucio
PEOPLE ANALYTICS CONSULTANT
Luiza's journey from engineering undergraduate to management consultant and ultimately to organizational psychologist happened naturally as she recognized the vital role of people within organizations. Progressing from technical systems solutions to human-focused ones, she now uses both analytical abilities and psychological insights to improve the employee experience. Luiza is advanced in inferential statistical analysis and quantitative research methods. From Brazil, Luiza has most recently lived and worked from the United States and U.K. and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
